  Ticked off about Sony Rebate

  Just wondering if anybody who purchased a Sony F3 a few days prior to the rebate eligibility period is as ticked off as I am about it.
  After scraping together some very hard-earned cash to make the purchase of my F3L, a few days later, Sony introduced a rebate for this camera to the tune of $800. I could use that 800 bucks to help buy an external monitor or any number of things to make my life a little easier. I called Sony’s customer service number and the girl answering didn’t know what an F3 was. I realize rebates have to have a beginning and an end but, man!………

  Keep calling until you get a person that knows what is going on. You should be able to convince them to honor the rebate. Good luck.
