  • Backing up Sony Ex1 and EX3 Picture Profiles to Hard Drive

I have an EX-1 and I want to save my six picture profile settings to a hard drive. Once you save your Picture Profile data settings to a SXS card, how do you:

1.) Save that data to a hard drive – where does it live?
2.) How do you put the settings back onto an SXS card in a manner where the EX-1 can find it and import the settings into the camera?
3.) Can you save all six PP settings in one folder?
4.)Are there any tips, issues, or probelms you have run into doing this SXS>hard drive>SXS process?

Thank you for your time & expertise,

    Barry

They will be saved in a new folder named Sony to the SxS card you can copy it to your computer and recall it later by coping it back to the SxS card.

    Good Luck

You can share these with other EX1 and EX3 owners, within the Sony files there is a files the is just for EX1 or EX3 camera and you can rename this file for either camera. Once you open it you’ll see the folder with your camera type and that is the folder you can rename to share.

    Good Luck
