  Downloading using Clip Browser – should I change 18mbps to 35 in ‘settings’?

  I’m importing Sony EX3 footage to an external hard drive through my Mac Book Pro.

  I just noticed this:

  

  I shot the footage at 35mbps. Should I leave it at 18, or change it to 35 in the above box?

  I’ve already downloaded and edited footage at 18, and it’s fine, but I’ve just noticed this setting now. What’s the difference? Is it any harm downloading as 18, as it’s already set in the box? Oh, and don’t mind ‘PAL’ being selected, as I shoot and edit in ‘PAL’. Thanks.
