    Hi ..at wits end…
Shot and downloaded files from EX3 to laptop…later, tried to open in XDcam clip browser…clips don’t appeir past drop down…thumbnails do not come up…so cannot export into Avid. But…if you look at the files directly in hard drive they are there…each clip and info files….any idea if I’ve lost everything?..or how I can save from original download? …all file read they are there…Proxey plays fine…

Also my Avid Media composer doesnt not show AMA Volume link…is it a older version? …can you download software to upgrade?…it has P2 in the drop down?

    Thanks for your time…

You should include software version numbers.
    ClipBrowser 2.6
    XDCAM Transfer 2.12

You may need to update depending on other factors but you didn’t provide enough info.

Does CB show the source folder? Are there entries without video, or nothing at all?

Which CB version are you using?

    What version of Avid?

    Thanks
