I’ll be shooting auto racing this weekend with my Sony EX3 and plan on recording at 60fps so I can ramp speed in post. Does anyone know if there is an advantage to shooting native 60p over shooting 24p and overcranking to 60fps?

You will have the sound and great posssibilty to switch between realtime and slow if you record in 60P. Overcranking give you better picture performance but I do not think it will be noticed at a race (and no sound). You’ll also have more record time when not overcranking.
