  New Comp Duration gone odd

  I went to open after effects and found that for the duration setting it was showing 0001+14 I have noidea what this is and want to turn it back to this sort of thing 0;00;01;00. Can someone please tell me what to do.

  Your project settings are in frames and displaying feet and frames.

  From the File menu choose Project Settings and change it back to Timecode if that’s what you want.
