  Nikon Lens on B4 mount

  I’m using an Adaptimax with a Nikkor lens on my EX-3.
  Now I would also like to use the Nikkor macro lens on my B4 mounted PDW-700.
  Does anybody know of a simple adapter that makes that possible?
