  Sony EX1 1080 24p export for youtube

  Hi
  I have shot some footage(HQ 1080 24p) with my new EX1 and am trying to export it for the web – specifically youtube.
  I don’t know what setting I have to use in compressor to get the desired effect. When I tried, the footage is compressed to 320 by 240 and I lose the 16:9 mode. I used the settings ‘Web Videocast/H.264 video at 1000Kbps with AAC 44.1 khz.
  How do I downconvert to get the best quality out of this to upload on youtube? Are there any resources/links on the various outputs from EX1?

  One should actually look at the preset to see what it’s set to.

  1280×720, 5000kbps. That’s what I use for HD for YouTube and Vimeo.
