  Monopod for EX1?

  Can anyone suggest a monopod for the EX1? What about the Manfrotto 561B?

  I use the 700RC2 Mini Video Fluid Head and the 680B 4-Section Compact Monopod (Black). The head is not rated to hold the kind of cameras I use like the EX1 so I have to keep a hand on it at all times. Having a fluid head that tilts is indispensable.
