  Slow motion settings

  Hey guys,
  I have an Sony Z7p. I shoot alot of action sports and i like to use slow motion. I find when i use the slow motion rec on the camera, it comes out really smooth but degrades the picture quality. But when you slow it down in post is jurky. Should i be using a higher shutter speed. I want to be able to freeze frames as well but also it I’m not going to slow motion the footage, keep it watchable. I’m in Australia and im on 50Hz when shooting. Can anyone help me please. Cheers

  Z7 doesn’t do slow mo like EX1. I believe Z7 slow mo may actually lower the data rate if memory serves me (but sometimes it doesn’t).
