  Need Crash Cam compatible w/XDCam

  I use both the XDCam HD as well as the XDCam EX1. I need a small “crash cam” for shots that I don’t want to subject my expensive cameras to. I’d like to stick with Sony, I need 1920×1080 and I’d like 24P. I saw the HDR-HC9, but it uses tape and I’d like to stay away from that if possible. I saw the HDR-SR12, but it doesn’t do 24P. Any suggestions? I’m trying to find something for under $2,000.
