Most likely they are a grey market importer. That means a couple of things- one you want get a factory warranty with your camera. Two- you might get hit up for a lot of really expensive ‘accessories’ like a $500 battery charger that would normally be included.
Use your head- if it walks like a duck and quacks- it’s a duck. I.e. if you see a site offering for more than 10-15% less than any other site, typically it’s a scam or unauthorized dealer. Stick with the reputable dealers- Abel Cine, B&H, Amazon, etc. This is not a cheap camera but saving a few bucks up front and getting scammed is not going to help you out long term.
