  60i convert to 23.98?

  A friend called today to ask if it was possible to convert something shot at 1080 60i to a 24p sequence.

  I seem to recall that this is kind of possible in Cinematools or something. Anyone ever deal with this situation?

  He said it was shot on an XDCAM 355, I think. He has AVID.
