  Fill in the blank/interactive PDF

  Greetings,
  I have a Business card design that some other folks would like to be able to use. I want to make it as easy as possible for people to fill in the blanks and have a card design ready to send off to the printers. At first I was thinking of a Sign n Fill pdf but with the Sign n Fill your limited (I believe) to the types of font and any effects (stroke, drop shadow…).

  Looking for some suggestions of making something like this happen via InDesign or PhotoShop. I am running CS6 package.
