  Roll Over Text on Button???

  Good day everyone I have a big question here that I haven’t find anywhere, not even a tutorial.

  How can I do a roll over text on a button?

  Just in case I haven’t made myself clear, I want that when with the cursor I roll over a button, it shows me a text with a description of that button or where is going to send me. Something similar to what happens on the “View Posts” hyperlink on the Forums.

  Example:
  Page>Roll over on Button>Text pop up to the right or left.

  If this has another term, please en light me please.
