I’m printing a booklet in InDesign and when printing, under the Setup: Pages: Range. is a pull down item called “Custom H”. I was just wondering what this is.

Also, when I select “Print Booklet” I can’t find any way to pick just the inside spread. I’ve already printed the front spread, which is a blank page and page 1, now would like to print the inside, which would be page 2 and 3. I think I may need to do this as a regular print rather than as a booklet print, as fewer choices are available when you pick “Print Booklet.” I’m using an Epson R3000 printer, and it doesn’t have even manual duplexing with the Mac operating system, though that would be available with Windows. I don’t seem to have a choice that works in selecting a range to print.
