  Interactive PDF

  Just spent some hours creating buttons in InDesign cs6. Simple buttons: next page previous page. When exporting to the Interactive PDF, they only show up on the first few pages then nothing. When they show up they work, but I don’t understand why they do not show up on all pages. All pages use the same Master page Help.
