  Editable text fields in pdf export

  Hey everybody, sorry if this is a noob question. I’m pretty new to InDesign, but I have a lot of experience in other graphics programs. I need to create a pdf that has audio clips and graphics in it. Underneath these clips I need to create text fields where the person reviewing the content will be able to enter their notes before printing.

  Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create editable text fields and if so, how I go about doing it?
