  Bussiness card/t-shirt

  Hello
  I have Adobe Indesign CS4 am going to up grade to CS5 and wanted to know if anyone could help me as far as design bussiness card goes I desing the card the way I want it but when I went to print it the print was two small.
  How do I fix that
  Also how do I go about design a t-shirt???
