  Hello,
  I don’t know if this is possible but I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a quick function to reduce a multi-page layout size by 10 percent in size (wether that be when I export to pdf or eps or the whole raw indesign file itself). I have a 50 page text heavy document that will be really painful to resize page per page. Here’s hoping.

  I would make a new document the exact size you want the resulting file to be. Then place the first page of your “too big” document in it. Resize the file appropriately to fit the new dimensions. Now, duplicate that page. Select the container for the file and place the next page (with “Replace Selected Item” checked). It will retain the attributes of the resized file. Do this 48 more times. Should only take about 3 minutes once you get the hang of it.

  thats why there is Master Pages. but after you shorten the size the text will not align and it might become more pages
