  CS3 crashing when I try to edit tables

  I’ve created a long-ish document with a table in InDesign CS3. Now when I’m trying to edit the table, it’s spotty whether I can change the text. Sometimes it disappears, sometimes it won’t select for editing.

  I’ve tried running DiskWarrior, Zapping the PRAM, closing all other applications, everything I can think of.

  The one thing that seems to be happening fairly consistently is when I try to edit a dark bar appears along the left edge of the table.

  Any suggestions?
