I am a newbie in this Indesign stuff. I am using the A5 size of document page and to be printed on the A4 size of paper. However after I printed (booklet print) 2 pages of A5 size on the A4 paper, the center is not exactly on the center of the paper. So when I try to fold the paper it become asymetric. Also there are white spaces on the paper. Could you please help me to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

    Note : I am using CS3 InDesign.

    Best Regards,
    Reynaldo Valdi

Where are the white spaces on your print, on the outer edges or on the spline between your booklet pages?

Did you use: Print >> Setup >> Page Position >> Centered? Have you tried printing to another printer? Sometimes that paper is not aligned and is taken into the printer off center, check you paper tray and alignment utility if you have one with your printer. I have printed many double sided comps with InDesign and they have aligned up near perfectly own to .01″.
