  Not valid page names

  I thought I had this fixed… but no. I added 2 pages to one of my sections. Now the last 4 pages of that section will not print. It says they are “not valid page names” when I try to print them. They show correctly on the pages palette.

  Use the “+” before a page number in the print dialog box, to overide section number and print the using absolute number (EG “+10”). You could also print all pages and it should print
