  Unable to print

  Hey!

  Unable to print from indesign…..
  Actually:

  Unable to print from all adobe products, except acrobat….

  Printer : Samsung cl-550n – I am on the mac.

  The printer works in all my other apps.

  Does printing PDF form acrobat differ in any way from printing from other cs3 products?

  Is driving me crazy – and samsung support is mac-enemy land….

  Your printer probably does not support Adobe Postscript.
  Without that option, you’ll need to convert most Adobe formats into PDF before printing.

  Could he try reinstalling or updating his printer driver?
