  Capturing 10 bit with intensity

  Hi im planning on capturing vhs and sd with the intensity shuttle soon
  I want to capture at 10 bit uncompressed
  But not sure if i should capture at quicktime uncompressed 10 bit yuv or quicktime uncompressed 10 bit rgb?

  Is there much difference between the two?
  I then would like to do a bit of colour correction apply some filters etc and edit these clips in premiere pro.

  Any advice would be most appreciated
