  AV out of iPad different? iOS9

  Has anyone else noticed the HD video out of iPad (iPad2 in my case) is scaled different between iOS and iOS9?
  in older iOS, when capturing to my Decklink thru Apple AV adapter (HDMI) there was a black border around the video image from the iPad.
  The iPad display is 4×3 so black on left and right (pillarboxed) is expected but there was always black areas above and below captured video.

  Now in iOS9 it seems that the top and bottom black border is gone and essentially the image fills out the vertical area of the HD signal. This is good for capturing a a bit more res out of iPad but messed up my edit matching to older clips from few weeks back before I updated to iOS9.

  Anyone else see this issue(feature)?
