  Adding audio delay to monitor out

  Hi there.

  I’m using a 2013 MP with a BM Ultrastudio Express to output HDMI to a plasma screen. With every setup I’ve had with this particular monitor, the audio coming out of either the USE or direct from the MP, there is about a 4 frame delay on the video over the audio. Does anyone know of a way to add a delay to the audio to have them match up? Thanks very much.

  Exactly how are you monitoring? Is the audio from of the Ultrastudio Express out of sync with the video?

  Hi John. I’m connecting an Ultrastudio Express via Thunderbolt to my MP and going out HDMI from there. When I output audio from the USE or directly from the Mac output, there’s always a delay from the video. I think there must be some processing going on in the monitor that adds the delay. So I’m looking for a way to slow down the audio as well.
