  Can’t update Firmware UltraScope Card

  I just installed the Ultrascope card and for some reasons nothing appears on the screen just the Ultrascope layout but no video and the pulldown menus aren’t working either!!
  Drivers for the video card are up to date but sometimes after I boot up my computer I get a message to update the firmware but then I always get this message “An error has occurred that has prevented the firmware on your UltraScope from being upgraded.” How can I get this issue fixed?

  I’m running a Dell Optiplex 390
  Nvidia GE Force GT740
  Windows 7
