  How do I slow down audio in after effects?

  Glad you did, however AE is not meant for any kind of audio work. Use Premiere and/or Audition to work on your audio.

  I just want to echo Tuudor’s suggestion: Do your audio work in Audition or Premiere Pro. (And this is a suggestion from someone on the After Effects team. We are the first to admit that we don’t make an audio application, and we’re glad that we work with folks who do.)
