    Hi All,

Need some assistance pls, Currently have a handful of BM Ultrastudio Recorders & Some Decklink cards, need to have SDI input into webex. Before Webex used to see these cards no problem, now They just show as “Blackmagic” when selecting the capture device in Webex.

Is there anyway to force webex to see the input on the devices? I know that the wirecast Virtual Camera works, but do not have $500 per computer to let it work. Any assistance would be really helpful soon as we are about to have an event where we are using 12 MC200 serving 1100 different venues.

    Thanks,

    Dave

What edition of Webex are you using? Webex took away the ability to use Blackmagic cards in the free/low-end version. Otherwise if you are on the Pro version you will need to match your incoming video signal to the format Webex is expecting because Blackmagic doesn’t do any scaling for you.

Try feeding in a standard def NTSC or PAL signal first and if that doesn’t work scale up from there.
