  New BM Production not turing on

  Hi folks,
  received, while abroad, in Las Vegas, my BM Production Camera.
  Since I was coming back from USA next day, the charger was already packed on the luggage and the camera on my carry on.
  I’ve tried to turn on, and nothing.
  Thought it would be low battery and needed a recharge before usage.
  So when I arrived in Brazil I’ve started to charge and still not turning on.
  If I looked very closely I could see the screen flashing for a fraction of a fraction of a second.
  I’ve tried my external battery, thinking it could be the power supply. Tried holding power as long as 40 seconds and then clicked again.
  Nothing happens!
  I’ve installed the BlackMagic Camera Utility and connected the camera. But the utility asks to turn the camera on, and that’s simple not possible :S

  I’ve already messege B&H (where I’ve bought) and BM support. I’m waiting their response.
  But maybe is there a reset combination of buttons pressed or something like this, before doing the hard way (getting the camera back).

  Any one can chime in?
