    Hi,

Here is the pertinent info that I think you need. We have:

A mac mini running ProPresenter 5.2.3
ATEM Production Studio 4k as our video mixer.
Our system is operating in 720p
Currently we have an HDMI feed from the mac mini running to the mixer.
So we are able to take the ProPresenter feed whenever we need to instead of one of our 4 cameras.

    The issue:
We now want to have the ability for the person running ProPresenter to overlay white text over the video coming from the mixer and out to the video distribution amplifier that takes the video/audio everywhere it needs to go.

We don’t have it in the budget to purchase the ProPresenter alpha key module and we only have 1 SDI input available right now anyway and you need 2 in order to use it.

Is there a way to put the text over black background, use the luma DSK, and have ProPresenter always showing on top of any camera we take?
If so, how do we set it up?
Also what key do we hit to turn it on/off when we want to take a full color image (with black in it) from ProPresenter?

Sorry if it’s too much of a noob question but we are novices and need a little guidance. Thanks!

Yes. In ProPresenter put the white text over a black background (also make sure your drop shadow is not black), and in your ATEM edit one of your DSK’s so that is a Linear key and that the KEY and FILL are both set to your computer.
