  Ultra studio mini dead end with tech support

  Just bought two black magic ultra studio mini recorders after wirecast tech support guy recommended them for a two camera shoot project where I need to live stream and record a seminar.

  Product arrived.

  I plugged both thunderbolt devices onto my brand new MacBook Pro retina.

  Only the first device I plug in is recognized!!

  I have a Sony EX1 coming in via sdi and a HDMI cable coming from my c100

  Both outputting 1080 60i

  I can see each source individually… But when I plug in the second source, It will not take.

  Just spent an hour on the phone to BM and another hour with wirecast.

  Dead ends with both.

  Surely there is someone out there doing this?
