  Blackmagic Intensity Extreme Workflow

  I have a Blackmagic Intensity Extreme. My camera inputs to this via HDMI, and then the box is thunderbolt to my iMac. I’m interested though in having other monitors positioned around the studio, so they can view both playback and live feeds.

  What would be the best way to distribute the video around the room? HDMI is good, but the monitoring areas are around 8 – 10 meters away from where the i/o box is sitting…(so maybe HDMI is no good for this length???)

  You can get long HDMI cables.

  Gefen makes a very nice(and affordable) wireless, HDMI xmitter/receiver.
