  Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 capture problem

  Hey guys, i’ve been searching this forum for an answer to my question but it seems none of you have encountered this problem yet.

  Well here it is, for my work i have to capture websites so now and then. Software just didnt do the trick so we decided to buy a Hyperdeck Shuttle 2. Now this device works perfectly with macbooks with an hdmi port. Plug it in, set your screen setting to 1080p and press record. No problems here. Now the thing is that we do not always have this available.

  Now what we do have is a MacPro with AMD Radeon HD 6000 graphics card with hdmi port on it. Now the weird thing is that the screen switches as soon as you activate the Hyperdeck but it doesn’t light the green video led. I’m not quite sure what i’m doing wrong here.

  Does anyone here know what the problem could be?
