Hey, I just purchased the Ultrastudio Mini monitor so that I can grade in Davinci Resolve Lite out to my HDTV. After (loosely) calibrating my TV i noticed a sync issue with Davinci Resolve lite. Fortunately I am able to toggle the display so that the only video signal i’m seeing is my TV. I also figured out how to send my audio through the Card and not through my CPU. But, then I opened up FCPX and I need both my canvas and output monitor to be in sync to edit properly. How can I fix this?

I’m running a 2011 iMac with 32gb of RAM and All media is on my Thunderbolt RAID 0.

    I would appreciate any assistance.

    Thanks, Jordan

Not possible with X. Possible in 7 with the playback offset feature which delays canvas output by x number of frames.

But a pretty common issue that doesn’t generally bug people too much. Either use the external monitor with external audio (my speakers are hooked up to my monitor audio out for example) or use computer audio output and canvas video.
