    Hi.
With a camcorder connected to input 1 (HDMI) of a BM TV Studio, I’m not seeing the embedded audio on the channel meters on the audio part of the ATEM software.

I have plugged this same camcorder into a Matrox MX02’s HDMI inputs and I can see the audio on the Matrox’s own recording software.

I’m also not seeing audio on the AES input on the external channel. Any ideas.
I’ve run the setup programme and it doesn’t want to update anything so i assume it’s all up to date and in step with the ATEM software.
    Any thoughts?
    Rob.

Make sure your camcorder is set to 48kHz and your AES source as well. The TVS accepts only 48kHz as sampling frequency.

Some older camcorders have the option to choose 32kHz as audio sampling frequency. That won’t work with the TVS.

    Cheers
