  ATME 1M/E Major Problem In 3.2 Update

  Hi,

  We do a webcast every Wednesday for 5 hours which we use as a test bed for our ATEM 1M/E switcher. We record using USB 3.0 to a Win7x64 machine in the motion jpeg format. This has been working perfectly since the record panel was introduced in 2.8.

  Since the release of the 3.2 update, which we have used for 2 weeks now, we get random crashes of the control panel software with a Visual C error message and/or the Windows ‘encountered an error and needs to close’ message. The recording is damaged and unusable.

  Machines running the software switcher panel without using the recording function operate just fine. Nothing has changed but the update to 3.2.

  Has anyone seen this behavior?
