  ATEM Television Studio + AES/EBU audio in

  Do you know if the ATEM Television Studio (SWATEMTVSTU) embeds audio on the HDMI program output? Audio in is AES/EBU.

  For bonus points, we’d be running to a Blackmagic Design Intensity Extreme (BINTSTBEXT) HDMI on a computer running Ustream. Will the audio be there?

  Hi Phillip,

  yes that works as you described.

  You will get audio embedded in both – the SDI stream and the HDMI output. Regarding the Extreme – Audio should be there. We connected a Hyperdeck to the ATVS via HDMI and it received audio without problems. The same should be the case if you connect it to the Intensity Extreme allthough I’ve not tested this specific setup.
