  HyperShuttle 2 MXF to Avid MC 5.5 Issues

  Avid MC 5.5, Z800, Win7 64bit. BM HyperDeck Shuttle 2.

  I’m gaving issues with an SSD drive that we used in our HD Shuttle 2. There were 2 SSDs used on the shoot. Both identical make and model. Both formatted one after the other in the same format.

  The MXF from SSD Drive 01 was copied into a AvidMedia Files/MXF/3 folder and the Avid created a database file that was dragged into a bin. The bin populated with master clips just as expected.

  The MXF from SSD Drive 02 was handled in the same manner going to AvidMedia Files/MXF/4. When the Avid launched, it refused to create a dadtabase and forced all files to Quaranteen.

  We can’t figure out why the Avid likes one drive but not the other.

  As a punt, I tried an MXF to MOV converter and it won’t load the files from either SSD drive.

  Any help or suggestions much appreciated.
