    Hi,

Just wondering what the best way to contact BMD support is. I sent a request through the website, but that went straight to the local distributor here in Australia, who suggested contacting the reseller. The problem with that is that I think this is a more complicated driver and/or hardware issue requiring the attention of someone at BMD.

    Regards,

    Daniel

    Whenever I have a problem a Blackmagic product I:

-Call my reseller for a replacement to get an RMA ASAP
-I send a support request via the BMD website
-I call the support line at BMD
    -I post on creative cow
-Tweet the problem to the support team members

All at once. Usually my reseller is the quickest exempt for when Resolve is involved in the problem. Then Dwaine and Dan Moran from BMD answer pretty quickly via wittier or email via the support form.

Yeah, if you are in the Australia/New Zealand region your support request will go to New Magic (our master Disti in that region).

You can always call up any of our offices directly though the timezone differences may be a challenge. But you are always welcome to call any support office you wish.

    Sincerely,

    Joshua
