  ATEM 1 ME production switcher not recognized in mediaexpress & Ultrascope

  Hi there,

  Mediaexpress as well as ultrascope won’t recognize my atem production switcher.
  I have this issue for quite a while now and so far nothing seemed to work. (clean install windows 7, latest renesas USB 3.0 drivers)

  

  i hope somebody can help me out with this.

  Is the device recognized by the operating system?
  Can you see evidence of the ATEM in Device Manager?
  The OS must recognize and connect to any device before an application can talk to it.

  When you say “not recognized in mediaexpress & Ultrascope”, does that mean it IS recognized by other software?
