  decklink SDI no sound

  Hi everybody,
  I just fixed video for decklink sdi, but problem is I have no sound. I read a lot posts, I dig all net for any tip about it.. nothing =(
  So, in configuration of card I have no positions for audio. I found in some articles only that sound can be played through card. But how I can plug the card to speakers if I have SDI in/out, reference in and RS-422. I am using only SDI in to plug my camcorder. Or there is other “system” to play sound.
  I found on my card usb connection. It is on the back of card….not on the panel where is sdi inputs/outputs. I Couldn’t found for what this connection.
  I installed audio codecs..but no result.
  Do you have any idea?

  I found issue – my camcorder(canon xl h1) doesn’t have audio sdi.
  So I plug analog audio cable to audio card and recording sound and video separately.

  That is certainly one solution. The other is to buy an embedder, and embed the audio into the SDI signal that goes into your DeckLink card.
