  H.264 Pro Recorder with HDMI source

  I’m trying to capture HDMI from a STB HDMI output into the Pro Recorder. Only composite video out seems to work. Has anyone managed to capture successfully HDMI source into the Pro Recorder?

  Any difference if I use a splitter?

  For legal reasons HDMI input is unable to capture from copy protected HDMI sources. Always confirm copyright ownership before capture or distribution of content.
