  Intensity Shuttle and Mouse reponse

  I am having a weird issue with my Intensity Shuttle when connected to my PC.

  When it is connected, I occasionally get stutter in my mouse cursor. This will occur random for a few seconds and is extremely annoying when it happens. Unplugging the Intensity Shuttle immediately fixes the issue.

  Does anyone else experience similar issues? The Intensity and computer continue to function perfectly fine during these moments and does not disrupt the capture(just my productivity when using the computer).

  Specs:
  Gigabyte X58 mobo
  Core i7 950 CPU
  6GB RAM DDR3 Trple channel
  Windows 7 64bit
  Logitech wireless laser mouse and keyboard with compact USB dongle (latest firmware/drivers)

  Do you have a wired usb mouse you can try for a bit? Just to see if it’s a mouse issue or not.

  Forgot to follow up on this. I recently got a new mouse since I gave my old one to my dad. The issue no longer occurs with the new mouse.

  The new mouse is wireless but no longer uses bluetooth like the old one. Might not be the reason it was fixed, but everything is fine now so I am happy.

  The old set was MX5500 using bluetooth. The new set is MK710 a new receiver and 2.4ghz RF.
