  BMD H.264 Pro encoding datarates for full resolution SD & HD

  Please help with datarate used by BMD H.264 Pro when encoding to H.264 both SD and HD full resolution, is it greater than 4Mbps encoding.

  My application will be to capture 80% for the web and delivery to DVD for home viewing. The 20% I will have to edit then deliver to DVD for home viewing and web. The edit side I thought I can use CineForm NeoScene to convert the files to AVI for easy editng.

  Will CineForm NeoScene retain quality after converting the H.264 file to AVI. After editing will in Premiere will I still get good quality out.
