  Cannot change audio format in DirectShow capture programs.

  Hello,

  I just recently bought the Black Magic Intensity Pro. Everything works fine, it records fine and everything. I could even use it in VirtualDub or AMCap to watch what i’m doing on a bigger sized window. Thi was all fine until my audio just cut out and played through 1 speaker (my front centre speaker in a 5.1 setup). It’s very quiet and distorted. When I capture the audio is fine which leads me to believe that it’s a software problem. It happens in both programs. But I noticed that when I go to change the amount of audio channels to use, it is stuck on 16 channels. When I press Ok or Apply nothing happens.

  I have tried everything I know that would fix this problem and I’m more stuck then I was before. I downgraded drivers, reinstalled drivers, disabled FFDSHOW. Nothing has prevailed.
