  Blackmagic Support — Still Operating???

  I’ve sent 5 requests to Blackmagic over the last several weeks all about the same problem outputting DPX via Media Express. I’ve posted here as well. I’ve not gotten a single response.

  Is there a problem at Blackmagic? Is anyone else getting replies to support requests?

  Very disappointing…

  I believe we’ve answered that question via email. I did take a look and we did have emails going back quite a ways. Too far in fact. It looks like they got filed before they got answered, so that was our bad for sure.

  Sorry it took so long, we normally like to have these emails answered much quicker. Two weeks is absolutely too long.

  Not putting this on you at all, it’s not your fault, but in the future you can give us a call directly, the wait is rarely more than a few minutes and would probably get you an answer much quicker.

  I have the same problem with my issue, not sure what’s going on but it is a bit annoying.
