  • Morphing shapes in flags?

I have to create a video that morphs different country flags can anyone suggest the best method for this? Some ones I like so far are vector tweens in Flash but they are too corrupted looking..

It would be great if there was an interesting way to morph the shapes in the flags so in the transition they create interesting patterns and new shapes… Any thoughts?

You could check out the reshape effect in AE. This would allow you to warp from one shape to another then you just need to make or use a cool transition to go from one shape to the next.

The effect does need some tweaking so it may not work well for if your short on time.

Thanks Greg but the reshape effect looks like a pretty hefty process and I have 70 flags that I need to morph…. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks.
