  Script that cuts clips?

  Hi!

  I have a bunch of clips that I need cut up in to 256 equal pieces. Not cut in time, but mask in 256 equal rectangles, then make 256 instances of the clip to fill in the screen.
  Does anyone know of a script that could do this for me?

  Glad you found it!
  However, depending on what you want to do with all of these copies of the layer, you might find Card Dance or Card Wipe does what you want much easier.
